My Natural Health Routine

I’ve been following this health and diet routine for over a year now. It’s based on the paleo and bulletproof diet. When I first started the routine I lost 12kgs in 4 weeks.

The benefits are:

  • More energy/less fatigue
  • Weight loss/faster metabolism
  • Softer balenced healthy skin
  • Whiter teeth
  • Better sleep
  • Less colds and infections
  • Healthier thyroid 
  • And countless more health benefits 

Morning Routine

  • Fresh coffee blended wth 2 tbsp of grass fed unsalted butter and 1 tbsp of MCT oil
  • Vitamin D = 1,000 IU per every 25 pound
  • Vitamin K2 = 100 mpg as MK-7
  • Vitamin C = 1 to 2g
  • Iodine = 1 mg
  • Krill Oil = 350 to 1,000 mg per day
  • Vitamin A = 10,000 to 15,000 IU
  • Creatine = Taken with 1/4 tsp of raw honey


Lunch & Dinner

  • 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar and water before meal
  • Green vegetables 
  • Protein = Eggs, meat, fish
  • Cook with extra virgin coconut oil


Night (before bed)

  • Magnesium – 600 to 800 mg per day
  • 1 tspn raw honey mixed with 1 tspn of extra virgin coconut oil 


Morning and Evening

  • Wash face with micro-pearl particle face scrub
  • Moisturise with 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil, 1 tbsp of raw honey and 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar. Rinse off after a few minutes with warm water.
  • Rinse mouth with 1 part apple cider vinegar and 3 part water


Avoid

  • Wheat, gluten, sugar, preservatives, MSG


Exercise

  • Sunday’s = 10 minutes: The big 5 weights workout
  • Tuesday’s = 15 minutes: Running Interval – 30 seconds fast, 1 minute jogging/brisk walking
  • Thursday, Friday and Saturday = 7 minute workout and 3 minutes 24kg Kettlebell swings
